9.23 miles Friday - downtown Tulsa to far East Tulsa. Kayaked a bunch of miles Saturday and Sunday.
5 miles, rolling hills 7:17/mi yaaaas getting better.

I ran 5.8 miles of pretty harsh hills on Tues - 10:40 or something like that.
Hit the iron a bit yesterday, prob run a couple of downtown miles at lunch.
Got some stupid crap going on with my son right now kinda jacking with my routine.
I have a couple younger guys pushing me pretty hard, lol.
