Anyone using my term "banic" is subject to fine, rape, or both.

Has anyone experienced what happens when an old dilapidated house next door is torn down, and you get a wave of rats scurrying across the yard to your home?

That's what I expect if private sales are banned, and the ODT goes tits up.
Just sit back and pick em off with a suppressed .22!

Ted Kennedy was once on the no fly list, but he was a suspected rapist and unconvicted killer. Many Americans are on it. No one tells you when you are out on it, there's no procedure for getting off of it. The only way to know, is to go to the airport and try to get on a plane.

And the best part,72 Homeland security employees are on that list

Thing I'm most worried about is the secret no fly list. An arbitrary list that anyone can be placed on for any reason and often just because you have a common name can be flagged since someone else maybe on the list with your name. Without making the no fly list more judicial in its requirements, like a search warrant needs, anyone can lose their 2nd amendment rights without a judge or jury.

I'm not even concerned about the list in and of itself. It's incrementalism - it's the three yard gain that won't be reversed.

If there was due process to get on or off the list that is one thing, but if they make anyone who's on the list can't own a gun, I bet you'll start seeing a lot of people all of a sudden end up on the list that are not a terroristic threat.

Those who seek to attack the second amendment are often after the first amendment.
