Paying cash for NFA items

I just realized why some people insist on paying cash for suppressors...its bc the trust should be purchasing.

Always wondered but who am I to complain when someone wants to save me on credit card fees

I paid with a personal credit card for 13 of my stamps. I have only paid with cash for one and that one the ffl paid the stamp with one of his checks after I gave him cash.

Good point, I pay the tax stamp for most people. It's legal advice they are getting (or reading on the interwebz).

Trust or no trust they still know who to screw with if they want to. They are not worried about the name on the check or cc.

I think the concern is if they ever get into legal trouble or audited for taxes they can provide a paper trail showing the trust paid for silencer.

It does not matter at all who pays for or with what kind of funds the NFA weapon is purchased with. Same for the tax stamp.
