Glad the Magnum Resesearch held up for him. Looks like it's back to books on reloading for that guy.

Be careful who your teacher is...They may be teaching you the wrong way.

I've had one round with no powder in it (someone else's reloads). It's really very obvious when you go from "bang, bang" to "pop"... stop immediately and figure out what happened.
I will get that pic up tomorrow. I forgot to take the pic. It'll be worth the wait to see it though, promise. : )

Good deal- I've seen a few over pressured rifle barrels due to very similar problems. But at least in my experience, you have to do something really wrong to fire a live round after a squib. I've yet to see a true squib round cycle a semiauto action.
