I'm drooling right now over these uppers. That's a great set up.

Any idea for replacement aperture for the rifleman to use in a carry handle. What size post for the front .045 or .062 ?

I actually posted the wrong link. This is the one I meant to. The front post is actually considered NM (national match) the .042 is the rear aperture. I would probably start with that as a middle of the road and go from there.

Why? The m16a2 is damn near unshootable. The buttstock is horrible. It does bring back memories though.

I like the look of the fixed solid stock and triangle handguard. It's perfect for longer length of pull shooters not so much for shorties

I have a 76 inch wing span and no neck. I struggled. The first time I shot an m4 I swore off the m16 forever.

Soo I contacted Faxon about a pinned FSB on their barrel and they gave me a couple places to go that pinned them on their barrels. I'll share them with ya.

Finding these parts is gonna be a task too I found a Faxon barrel I like but getting a .625 A2 FS gas block that's gonna fit it well coming up empty right now

I owned a Faxon lightweight gunner barrel for about a week then took it off and sold it. Deviated too much with the barrel temp.

Who did you go with and
Where would you go for 18" mid or rifle gas with a pinned FSB hopefully F marked and not standard from what I'm reading they are slightly different and may have issues getting zero

Triangle handguard look cool but suck. There's a reason only clones wear them.
