Well I guess I should have kept my mouth shut. The Internet ad gods heard me and now I have a Dodge Ram banner on my page.
Ad Exchange and AdSense works a couple ways... the first is by categories. I've set up the ads to be outdoor and outdoor sporting friendly. If there are ads in the exchange that meet the categories that are marked, then those ads could get priority over ads that are cookie related. Also some ads do retargeting and target matching, where you may not have searched for viagra, but you may've searched some random topic that ties into males over a certain age and thus, they targeted that as an ad placement opportunity.
Copy ... if I could just get the black-market transvestite smuggling ads to stop, I'll be happy
but those seem to be the ones paying more $ per impression.
Seriously, if you guys see any ads you believe are offensive, or inappropriate, I can go in and attempt to block those specific ones from displaying.

I would cite the statistics about how they are the most reliable, longest lasting, least repaired trucks on the road, but whenever I start posting statistics, words like "racist" and "bigot" start getting thrown around.
