There was a whole branch of my family that settled Oakland, CA in the 1850's and used to have an estate there until about maybe 1960. Some of it's really gone to hell but there is still some serious money out in the suburbs.

The U4 got shelled, split in half lengthwise and sautéed in a pan like lowly peasant shrimp lol
I was thinking about splitting them and doing like baby lobster tails or something. I'll have to make a trip to Fresh Market again and see if they have them.
Dinner was great though and it IS a holiday weekend and making a nice dinner with my brother and his family is a good time so I shouldn't complain lol.
