Do you know the year and if it has a metal trigger pack? I think they switched to plastic in the early 00's.

If it's in good shape then yeah, I'd say so. EM's are pretty common but really good guns.

I can set it by pushing the trigger forward slightly with my finger. I've added the extra spring they send but it doesn't give enough pull to pass that first stage, even combined with the hammer spring.
