If I remember correctly, the Coach bag company started off around 1941, making leather motorcycle saddle bags. And other various types of leather military equipment. That's why I like them, if I have to pick a expensive handbag for my wife. I couldn't care less what the Kardashians or Nikki Mahjong are carrying for handbags.
