My 1st one was one of 200ish that was caught up in the whole Sabre Defense fiasco where they got raided. Parts were finished by VLTOR and then built later on when AUG production started back up. But then they only built a small amount before production shut down again bc FN stopped making barrels for them to focus on military contracts.

I'm not sure how it installs. But they were available until I got the rifle, then they became unobtainium like what happens to me a lot for some reason lol

I remember they were pretty cheap from CDNN several years ago. No idea what they run these days.
