Anyone know anything about tires? Wife's camry current ones ain't even last 25k seems like shit to me

New cars come with brand name tires that have only 50 ish % of the tread that comes on the same tire purchased from a tire store.
I only got 30k out of the tires on my 350, Same model Michelins bought from store have 30k and still have 50% remaining.

I only replace tires on the Porsche. Those last 10-15k.

I'm not a brand-fan Boi by any means, but I'd suggest Michelin if you're looking for long-term durability - not cheap, but I can honestly say that I've never had a set that didn't last at least 60K on both sedans & trucks.

Yes.... and that's terrible mileage for a sedan. Unless it's being driven like a race car.
You can check the tread life on various brands at sites like tires.com. My SUV tires usually get 50 to 60k. I usually buy goodyears or Michelin.
EDIT- this assumes the car didn't need an alignment or other maintenance.
