So.....

Is the guy who made this video enjoying prison much?

(Or-much much more likely, is he able to get a desk job after all his under cover work?)

So... would this take away the functionality of the selector switch? Would it be full auto or nothing? Honest question.

Interesting. So it goes full mag dump, or does it stop when you take the booger hook off the bang switch?

stops when you release the trigger. All it is doing is releasing the disconnector when the bolt returns home. If you let off the trigger, the disconnector isn't in play.

I've wondered why people don't just "forget" to install the disconnector... seems like it would accomplish the same thing. Never attempted such a thing myself, but seems like it should work.

hammer follows the bolt so you end up with either not enough inertia to ignite the primer, or worse yet a slam fire with the bolt unlocked.

That’s kinda what I figured. This is why it doesn't have to be a superior piece of metal, just enough to release the disconnector. A piece of plastic or even wood could do this a few times at least
