Can & barrel different threads

My 9mm can is threaded 1/2 x 28 but the gun I want to buy has a barrel threaded 13.5 x mm LH. Options?

I would recommend getting the barrel that fits the can or the right piston to fit the barrel. I used this company with my 300 blk build.
