Looks like Atlanta mayor Kasim Reed is trying to get his police officers killed. Smart gun technology? Who in their right mind would risk their life to some form of biometric technology that could render the gun useless if there was some bug, malfuction, power issue, etc.

When you can't seem to figure out the solution to your current problem, you go ahead and create a solution to a problem that doesn't exist yet. Then if necessary, go ahead and create a problem that may or may not be solved by the solution previously implemented. Jeez, you clearly know nothing about politics.
