Super is super, and pressures are close enough it won't matter.

The muzzle blast is significantly reduced but the sonic Crack is still there.

Check rate of twist articles on .223 and you will see that there is a different preferred rate of twist for each of these grain weights. I was surprised to see this myself. You may be surprised too.
