How do you get custom grips made for pistols? Where do the target shooters get their grips made?

Are there any manufacturers with plans to make a .22lr in the P3AT, LCP, TCP size/shapes? You could have a 6 oz. gun with 10+ round capacity and even better reason to practice often. Bobcat/cheetah, etc. are kinda throwbacks to me.
