Morning gents! It's finally Friday. Corporate on down been really good to me this week, guess they like me doing what I do. We got downtown closed up pretty good for regular folks right now - between the Tulsa Race Riot, and now Juneteenth it's a circus. Tulsa and Texas used to be the only...

You tube videos on processing. If you're serious about DIY, I recommend Marianski's book on home processing meat and sausage. It's a bible for food safety, also Walton's Sausage supplies has a YT channel called "meatgistics" that is very informative.

Morning gents! Took a co-worker to the range yesterday. Gave him a couple pointers, he went from "casual plinker" to bustin' steel at 300 and he's stoked. I really enjoy that. Came in this morning to boiling water spewing out of a machine...got it fixed after about 45 minutes of torture. Had...

Fun fact: Doc said "I'm your huckle bearer" "That line in the movie, ‘I’ll be your Huckleberry,’” Kight said, ‘that’s actually ‘huckle bearer,’ which is the piece of hardware on a casket that you carry the casket with.” In other words, Holliday was warning Ringo that he was going to put him...

Man, I was driving down the highway on my way home last weekend - I'm always scanning for deer. On my right is a strip of land next to the Arkansas river - Corps land. I saw something - it was two goats! In my truck was a rifle, a couple pistols and a very sharp knife. It was ALL I could do...

Never been to Seattle. Austin's close to lots of good stuff though. Namely, Port Aransas. You can get REAL tacos there...and they might have 2 tortillas, not just 1. Texas shall be denigrated by all true Okies, but I'll give them this - brisket is done right there. Texas is probably the only...
