    I'll have to consider it when the time comes. If there's ever an issue there's a $20k fine involved, so I have to weigh that in with the decision.

    The one he has is small enough that registration isn't required. It's already acting up (cheap), so I'll have to return/exchange it. The replacement will be larger and will have to be registered.

    It appears to be roughly the same footprint and thickness as a CZ P07, and selling at the same price point. If the Ruger trigger isn't what it needs to be the CZ will remain the better choice.

    My son is on the school robotics team, and he got a small 4 prop drone for Christmas. If it's something he and I can do together I can see getting more into RC type stuff.

    Im a fan of the G-shock and the Citizen eco drive models The citizens feature wide range of styles and all are solar charged. The G-shocks are available in solar powered versions as well (my preference). I also like the Seiko Kinetic watches.

    This is pretty generous. He charges family by the hour. He does have ammo in ziplock bags of 20 available.

    Honestly, the bar for build quality isn't set very high for these pocket class pistols, and the Taurus is on par with the rest. The main advantage the TCP has is that the trigger guard is pushed forward. It makes a substantial ergo difference with a gun this small.
