I might be getting one sooner rather than later. I think I have decided against a Krinkov. As cool as it may be it costs too much and loses too much in capability for only a 3.3" smaller package under my AK105. A $600 toy like that Charleville is easier to justify than a $1450 toy like a Krinkov.

I used to think that too. Based on my research the only benefit that 7.62 has over 5.45 is that it doesn't deflect as much in brushy areas. I can't post it from my phone but check out the Military Arms Channel test on penetration.
