Looks like someone machined an AK barrel to have an AR barrel extension, then either fitted a piston kit to it or ran the gas tube through the AK gas tube, then fitted an AK stock...It could be done...Hell, I could almost do it myself if I had the tools and a bit of time to work out the kinks...
