No worries, I didn't have a source at the time. The way I read it though is that as long as you have something approved every two years in theory you would only have to submit pics and prints the first time and not every two years

It says that anything pending will be fine treated as what the rule is based upon when it was submitted.

Do a 5$ AOW transfer every two years lol

I was reading on another forum that as long as you have something approved within the last two years then you won't have to submit pics and prints each time. Just a memo stating that nothing has changed. We'll see how it all shakes out.
