Just...barely. Funny thing - .223 is about 1/4", 2/8" or 4/16" 6.8 is maybe 5/16" .38 and 9mm is about 3/8", or 6/16" .45 is a little less than 1/2", a bit more than 7/16" So what's all the fuss about a slightly bigger hole??

I have the same style stock, but in OD green on my 20" .308 MVP, with a PA 4-14x44 FFP ACSS HUD scope. For some funny reason, I never take it to the range anymore... Probably because it's boring at less than 400 yards...
