We travel quite a lot, and I regularly know people traveling to places where a doctor will prescribe it as a precaution. I just let friends know to pass it along when they return. I did get some of the fish antibiotics prior to the prescription requirement. It's nearing expiration though.

No I don't, but I should at least plan to some degree. My wife is a fantastic cook, but our at home meals she prepares are extraordinarily expensive. It'd be good to create a repertoire of inexpensive, healthy meals that we can have ready in short order. Any suggestions would be welcome.
