    Heat will decrease a metals resistance to wear, no doubt. When you heat up your barrel through rapid fire, the throat will see the most erosion as it gets the hottest. I'd be more worried about throat erosion.

    The Brady Campaign's website is actively against the NRA Eddie Eagle safety campaign. I sent those knuckledraggers an email asking them the reasoning behind being against a campaign that helped to prevent accidents involving firearms...no reply. I'm so surprised.

    I (like everyone) like Pmags, and I've also had nothing but good luck with aluminum GI mags.
