Patience, y’all. I’ve done some A2 grips this way, and a few of my 20rnd Thermold mags. Of course, those didn’t have a shitload of holes poked in ‘em first, but I’m dealing with it. I think it’ll look acceptable enough when I’m done. I do enjoy a challenge!

It’s taking some time, and some effort, but it’s getting better. Deleting the pinhole stipple job, and then going with more of a “stucco” prep style. Then a “I dragged it through a Pit Bull’s teeth for 74 days” finish afterwards. Top area of grip above mag catch is probably what it’ll look...

Yeah, it's looking worse and worse, because I've gone over it with a heatgun and melted it back a little, and then with an iron to try flatten it out more. I'm going to have to re-do it somehow, but haven't decided on a pattern. Might go with something like basketweave... EDIT: I don't have...
