Yes 10 Years after I bought it, as I thought it was just a Ring that was bought as a souvenir. In post war Germany some of the Jewelers were making Souvenir Rings for the soldiers and I thought this was one of those. In 1990 no internet to do research like we had in 2012

All the uppers I have for this thing now. WOW these things get expensive.

He said it was to increase accuracy but I think it should run at about 550 or just under 600, Either way it should help with accuracy. He has sold these at Knob Creek and says he has consulted with Richard Lage so this should be a good one.

Just found a new (to me) Slow fire Upper for a SWD M11/9 That is made locally. Should run at about 500 RPM. I hope this thing runs good, as I have not had time to go test it yet. The guy who makes these I trust so it should run like a Sewing Machine. @Mac11FA have you seen this one yet? I will...
