Pot stills is the best way, as it will bring some of the flavor over and a pot still is how I Make Bourbon. I also make Vodka using a Reflux Head but I am not a Vodka Fan like the Wife.

The stuff in the Box and Clear has not been cut yet so it is still at 175 proof. The "Guy" that I get this from has both Pot and Reflux Stills.

Just saying I have enough Bourbon for a few weeks but just barely...... Ready to be Oaked...…….
