No, they'd have you surrender them (as per the 2015 legislation I posted) or face felonies, etc. They aren't going to drive around picking them up, they'll have you take them to the sheriff for smelting.

No mag block, psa dedicated 9mm lower.

I put 100 flawless rounds of Winchester copper plated 40 grain solids though it today. Zero problems and stellar accuracy. It was shooting groups on par with the dude next to me using a 10/22. So far it's a super pistol.
