From the description in that article, it looks like a pretty dang nice rifle. I've always wanted a piston upper (because gas sucks after adding a suppressor) but never even shot one. Seems like a good idea- aside from adding quite a few moving parts to a DI rifle.

I don't really follow football (or any other sports) but do enjoy seeing the old school play. I couldn't tell you how many players are coming back, or how many new ones are starting this year.

Interesting testing results- seems like a heck of a combination of materials.

One of my favorite features so far is the push button light- It took two hands to work the Streamlight. This one is easy one handed.

I've had a Streamlight Nano on my key chain for a couple years now- but I'm tried of paying for the tiny coin cell batteries. The last set barely made it a month (I think the summer sweat had a big impact on the lifespan of those batteries). I saw a Massdrop offering for three of these...
