New, yes, that's a good price, used, no. The only downside (for me) is the Blackwater has open ghost ring sight on the rear and unprotected blade sight on the front where the other SPXs have the LPA rear ghost and winged fiber-optic front sight. The only other difference is the Blackwater logo...
