Trust me, I understand. I’ve been offered training house positions, and office management positions. For me the rub was I’d have to live in Dallas Or Cleveland for either one. So I stayed out as a line instructor pilot instead. I could move up to check airman for an additional $300 a month, but...

That’s always the rub. But, the more you move up, the more you make, and most importantly, the more you make in retirement.

That’s the beauty of training. And the stress of getting fired because you don’t know shit. It really encourages you to perform. You have what it takes. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise!
