Back and triceps.
I find I have better results when I do opposing groups like that rather than the conventional chest/tri or back/bi. It let's me really beat the shit out of myself on both exercises.
I love it when a 'personal trainer's does shit like hit the leg press and not break 90°, lock the knees out at the top and push on their knees at the bottom......sheer fucking brilliance........but the chick has a fantastic ass
