    I had one of those (not the biometric) it worked good for the intended purpose. Just make sure it is bolted down good. I would personally go wth the 4 digit combo one though, a lot easier to do and more fail safe in my opinion.

    Mine stays loaded 24/7 and if it is not on my side (sometimes when I am sleeping) it is in a holster by the bed. The only guns that are not chambered are in the safe.

    I put night sights on my 9c last night. Are they going to come after me now for customization? Ah I will be alright. Maybe they just did this so that if there are any failures to a "customized" gun they can bail on the blame. Seems legit
