And the Mk23 has its own proprietary rail, that's entirely different from the USP, so you have the option of spending almost as much as the gun cost on one of the two light/laser units designed for it or spending $130 for a rather bulky rail adapter that gives you a few rows of picatinny.

I've shot Wilson's before and they're incredible. I've never shot a Mk23, but I love HKs and they're supposed to be ridiculously accurate. I'd probably be that open carry asshole from time to time with the HK.

If it works for you, it's certainly an efficient means of trimming down. I lose my mind without carbs, it doesn't even have to be junk carbs, but I get seriously irritable if I cut carbs. I find the best weight loss diet for me is just to cut to really clean and balanced/low fat, but still...
