    Optic for Glock 19

Everyone's training and abilities differ, but I'm really no faster with a reflex on a pistol than I am with irons and I know a lot of guys with the cool guy badges and tabs in the same boat. On the other hand, I'm less accurate, but much faster with a RDS on a carbine. Much faster. It's all...

Can we talk about back up 'iron' (polymer) sights?

That shit would drive me nuts and I'd worry that it would get caught on something and snap the sight. I can't count the number of times I've had to replace the clip on a knife because it stuck out a little and got caught on shit.

What To Do Before EMS Arrives

    Magpul Magpul thingys

Honestly, I wouldn't worry about protecting the mag, they can take a beating. But if it just nags at you, just lay down 10 or 12 coats of plastidip on the bottom inch or so of the mag. Cheap and removable.

Can we talk about back up 'iron' (polymer) sights?

I run an MRO with a fixed front sight and MBUS rear. I will say, shooting irons is the one time I notice the slight magnification on the MRO. If you don't shoot irons a lot on other weapons, you might not notice it. It's not enough that it causes issues, for me, but it is noticeable.
