I thought about that. But have a hard time cutting the seekins rail on it. I may just end up with a 7" rail and deal with the gap. I am just having to hard of time finding what I want.

Ar in x39 FVSR M&P pro series

I love my fvsr with the arc 22 can. If you plan on wanting to shoot anything above .22 lr might as well go with the can rated for the larger calibers.

Waiting for my 2 to come back. 1 was approved on March 5th and the second is still pending. What makes it worse is that they where sent in at the same time. I have a hard time understanding how it takes so long to mail out the stamp.

That's the only thing is the extra length and weight. It all depends on what rifle you will be putting it on. Will that extra be to much for you. The other thing to consider is the cost difference between the S and L. From what I remember the S is significantly more than the L, not sure if that...
