If you ever need to do something like that again, look into high build primer. Works good for filling in low spots.

Gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with how well the krylon laid down. First coat looks good. Those are reflections, not sags.

Not sure... sanding it made me think the clear coat was the issue. Once i got that off, it looked pretty good. But I'm still going to paint it and not leave exposed plastic.

I do have a can of 18k gold spray paint...

Laziness knows no bounds. :) That was just to keep me from scratching everything up. Real masking goes on next, final cleaning, and then rattle can attacks.

I'll do a whole thread, probably. Deer ticks are a big problem in the woods (i.e. backyard).... need a good freeze before spending a lot of time back there. On the plus side, i have a lot of deer in the yard.

Soooo much cooler in the mornings.... it's been awesome. Better nights too. I'm going to fire up that @Matt Ellerbee chainsaw soon and start clearing some small trees by the creek in the backyard. Gonna build a bushcraft shelter, but big.

Honest to God... last time i needed to wear a tie (wedding or funeral, probably), i could not find where i put them. I had a lot, pared down to like 4, then lost them. Went with an open collar and jacket. Done the same thing since. If i have to tie a tie, i hope muscle memory takes over.
