    Thanks everyone- i think vinyl plank may be the answer. Unfortunately the jack leg that finished this concrete did a poor job. The paint wouldn't look good at all unless i filled in several areas and ground off some "oopsies" that they left.

    Yeah, she already filed a claim. There's going to be about 600 sq ft of new flooring, probably same in sheetrock, and some new ceiling tiles. And the plumbing repair. At a minimum.

    Well... ready the shop vac for water removal. Wife insisted on filing claim with insurance. It appears one of the elbow fittings in the wall behind the hall bathroom sink broke. Could have been worse. But it's not good.

    I think it's 50 lbs that you get hit with the overweight charge? Not sure. Also never ship international.
