Maybe MSRP, I have owned both the FNS and FNX and paid Glock prices for both. Actually, I think I got one of them fro. @Bullseyebo. Neither one of them impressed me. Honestly, I don't think I have ever been impressed by anything FN.

I agree. I only shoot full power 5.56. Mainly M193. No interest in subsonic 223. I have plenty of 22 LRs.

No clue, I don't have a meter. Suppressors aren't about dbs for me, they are about enjoying shooting without earpro. I don't even remember the last time I shot subsonic ammo out of anything but a 22.

My dad paid 300 bucks for it at a gun store in 1992. Your 586 is twice the gun that my python is. My python is pretty and has a smooth action, but it will lock up and have to take a trip to a smith long before your 586 is even dirty.

Yes. If it started as a pistol before you SBR'd it, then when you remove the stock it is no longer designed to be fired from the shoulder, no long a rifle, and therefore no longer NFA. Probably a good idea to wrap the buffer tube in tape or paracord just to cover your ass.

If it was a pistol before a rule, yes. Take the buttock off and viola, it is a pistol and now longer NFA. You can also put an upper over or equal to 16" on it and it isn't NFA either. When you want it to be NFA again, put it back in NFA config If you are wanting to sell it as non NFA, just...

Oh, I agree on the 62gr penetrator, I was just using it as an example. 69 gr blows hell out of 300 BLK ballistics as well.
