The engraved rifle lower shouldn’t matter unless it’s matched with a pistol upper then you’ll have issues till it’s approved but you should be able to have possession of it engraved no prob

I was trying to maximize distance with minimal high low error. Meaning anything I see up to 200 yds ethical kill with 762x39 I’d be at worse case scenario 3” high and could compensate some where I hold the front sight.
