Could be. I've never taken a class at TR so I can't speak on the likes and differences.

Yep, the one I won in the giveaway here. 90% I'll be buying the H-harness for it.

I may have misspoken again (@Laufen) When I say they're all the same I'm referring sight picture, sight alignment, steady squeeze and the such. The fundamentals are the same across the board.

What we ran minus pistols bc those are our CCW. Her rifle is a PSA lower and PSA PTAC upper. Everything ran fine even the PTAC gave us no issues what so ever. @DarthVader

If there are specific parts you want to know about i don't mind answering. At the same time I don't want to give away to much of the class. I've only been to a few different schools and I think fundamentally they're all the same. The mindset taught and the atmosphere is where courses will...

Yes and no. We did get a book to take home. But I wouldn't say that we were taught out of it as much as much as it was used to supplement the lecture portions. The book covers mostly mindset, purpose and the like.

Girl named Montana that was in the class. She's a waitress somewhere in ATL. Had a DD rifle, Glock 26 and 43 iwb the whole time. Not one to mess with.

Both were fine. I found that I went for rifle mags off the belt first. Then when I had the chance I moved them from my chest rig to the belt. I do believe I will be investing in the H harness for it. It was fine this weekend bc I was wearing a "combat shirt" which has a high and tight collar...

that'sa agreed from now on I will get @Laufen to proof read my posts. Anyways.... The training we received was great. The respect we were given was great. I not only learned new skills I learned what my weak points are in regards to skill and gear. Biggest skill flaw is that I would be...

Yeah, below is the angle you would have as the shooter. You can't arent see the top of the target stands on the right of the lower range.

Yeah, I get it that the gun isn't going to do anything that the operator doesn't make it do. But you can do everything right and still get something like a factory load that is over charged combined with a weak barrel and blow up in your face. (Just a hypothetical situation) Or there could be...

At no point was I nervous. The way the shooters were angled would have them shooting through earth to hit us. The pic below it shows the shooter's angle.

Yep. No different than when I had to low crawl under live fire during basic. The rounds are far enough over your head that there's nothing to worry about.

Any time we did something like this it was 1 on 1 and they were very quick to react if same did something to endanger another student.

You will argue about anything won't you? What would be a safe training regimen?

Firearms are inherently unsafe. Firearms training is inherently unsafe, but it's a risk the wife and I are willing to take to become more proficient.

    Best BCG for Suppressed 223/556

I run a WAR upper with a PRI Gas buster handle,PSA NIckle boron bcg with a JP captured buffer. I hardly get any blowback and when I do it's more of a mist since it has mixed with the CLP at that point.
