I'm interested in your opinion of which holes might exist in the NF Optics product line, or any enhancements/improvements you might like to see. Price objections aren't relevant to this conversation as the optics are built to a quality standard rather than a price point.

Power ranges that aren't currently available?

"Sport Specific" optics like the SR (Service Rifle) offering currently in inventory?

Thanks. Your opinion matters, and will be passed along.

Whenever the new thread is started tag me.

I think the biggest thing I see is Binos. I don't know if that's a realm they would want to delve into, but I don't see why they wouldn't. Hunters, law enforcement, military.... Hell, even bird watchers. They all will drop serious cash on good glass when it comes to binoculars. I think Nightforce would do well. Especially if they could offer their ranging reticle in them. There aren't many options in that regard. Mainly just Steiner.

There have been quite a few requests for reticles in the spotting scopes as well. Thanks.

I'm just here to help. I think that's the most glaringly obvious hole. The only other would be long eye relief scopes for pistols and Scout rifles. And that just seems like such a small niche market. Granted, it's a market I enjoy and would like to see more options as well.

Yeah, the core focus is really tailored toward competitive long range shooting and hunting with more focus on 3 gun type optics making a huge push. There isn't much interest in expanding into handgun scopes or binos to my knowledge.

No, I appreciate the insight. Just letting you know the general direction it's going.

no shit, nice. Do they make any eotech/red dot type optics? (not that I could afford one anyway)
That's the biggest thing. If they wanted to go into Electronic sights. Red dot/Holo is the way things seem to be going.

The new 1-8's are much more durable, usable without batteries, and have a much better image quality....and up to 8x zoom. They're tough to beat. But yeah, there is a significant difference in dollars. It just depends on what you need.

I'm weighing selling my Eotech and replacing it with the NXS honestly, and I love that Eotech.

I want one of these on my 7.62x39 AR. Some day my wife will take off my leash.
Yeah, that'd be awesome. We were banging 4" plates from 50-300 yards as fast as we could get back on target with AR's last week.
