Headed back to Port St. Joe this month for a boat trip this time. Gunna do some night fishing!

Super jelly. I normally always go deep sea fishing when we go up to our beach house but I didn't go this year because we had the baby with us. I'm regretting it now.

If you catch some Cobia save me some and I'll gladly pay you for it. It may be too late in the year because they've probably migrated further South already though. Cobia is the best saltwater eating there is IMO.

Just picked up a Penn Spinfisher 4500 and a Shimano Solstice 2500.

Pairing that Penn with a St. Croix Inshore Mojo for this next florida trip!

If you havent tried the St. Croix rods - you owe it to yourself.

Awesome. Curious to hear how the new Spinfisher's hold up. In terms of spinning reels in saltwater, I use penn ss's exclusively and love them. Toughest reels around.

I have a couple 6.5' St. Croix Avid bass and panfish rods. Excellent gear.

Don't people pull those out of Santee Cooper all the time? I remember my uncle having one of the heads mounted when I was a kid.

I am willing to bet that there are fish bigger than that in the river. I would have been more impressed of he had caught it noodling!

My buddy is starting up his fishing channel on YouTube and just uploaded a video of him kayak fishing in Panama City in the bay and see's a bobcat or some sort of cat swimming! I've never seen anything like this before other than maybe a deer trying to swim in West Virginia where I live. But check out his video and help him out and go like his video, share this video, and subscribe to his fishing channel please!! If anyone else has something like this share it to this!

Love St. Simon's island. My wife's family is from Brunswick and we always try to get down to the pier and see what people are catching as well as hit the beach at the old coast Guard station.

We decided to take a fishing trip to the reservoir today. I bought 2 doz minnows and we had enough artificial bait to get some much needed time at the lake. Ended up staying prolly 3 hrs fishing along the bank of the lake and did pretty good. We each caught a bass and crappie a piece. He cleaned his first fish and we ate the dinner we caught today with some rice and beans. I was informed that bass taste better than crappie too btw. Good times today I hope you all get a chance to do some fishing at the lake this year with you're kids.
