but what if NFA is done away with?

Then everybody wins. NFA isn't going anywhere though....sadly. I would be happy to see the Hughes amendment overturned. Fucked by a law passed illegally when I was only 7 years old. That's some bullshit right there.

you should make a youtube video or something of this

like a quick user tutorial
I'd be happy to answer any questions about setting up an account and getting started. It'll take 20 minutes to make your first trade. Have a check with your account number and routing number handy to link with your ETrade (or equivalent) account.

Will somebody just tell me what I should be looking at buying and when
Be watching oil closely. There are a number of etf's that mimic the movement of crude. That's the quickest, safest, easiest, and most profitable way to get in right now.

Examples? I used to keep up with all this stuff...but when I did things were on the upswing and it was the mostest wrong time to buy.

How about if I just give you 10 grand and in a couple of months you pay off my house?
lol, not a chance. I don't have the balls to invest other people's money. I'll give free advice though, just don't forget what you paid for it. lol

Watch oil go up tomorrow, and the price be blamed on the Iranians capture of US soldiers.

The stock market is for 2 people, suckers and insiders... If your not one, then you are the other.

That's about 98% true, the most common being when one falls for the "what goes down must come up" pitch. Usually it's a last resort at promoting a landslide trade before it hits bottom and many still fall for it.

100% disagree.
Maybe during typical market cycles, but at it's extremes you can use common sense, and do very well. I haven't poked my head in much since 2009 just because the market wasn't indicating any clear momentum. Now, the situation is beginning to clarify, and movements become a bit more predictable.

If you'd like to dabble without all the risk, simply hedge your purchases a bit. You can reduce risk, and get an education...and probably make some money in the process.

Oils is bouncing. Watch for $33-34/barrel @Strider12 , then a retracement an hopefully another push to $35. You should just be starting to come into the black.
