Folks, this is a tragic situation that never should have happened. The 29-year-old woman had her little son in a shopping cart along with her purse which contained her concealed carry pistol. The bottom line - a concealed firearm should ALWAYS be under TOTAL CONTROL of the person who is responsible for it. I've just suggested to my wife that purse carry is not a good idea at all.
