Where the hell does the battery go???

Stupid question but I'm going to ask before I break something. Anyone know where the hell the battery compartment is on a Black Spider BSO1 ??? I bought new batteries for it but can't figure out how to change it for the life of me.

Left side knob tip unscrews. Look and you’ll see different gnurling.
