7.62x39 cause it is all I got

9mm cause it is all I got

Pretty cut dry and simple there. I do plan on expanding a little this year though.

Is it me, or are people listing cartridges and not calibers? As far as cartridges go, I guess if I had to choose it'd be 9x19 simply because there's no way I could conceal a rifle cartridge handgun but I could hunt with the 9mm if required.

Most of my interaction with firearms is in the form of concealed carry, so that's my #1 priority.

If they became wildly popular, I'd quickly shift my vote to 10mm or 9x23 Winchester.

My favorite rifle caliber is the .308.
My favorite handgun caliber is the 9mm.

Nuff said here, but I enjoy .45 and wheel gun calibers as well (pretty much all of em from 22lr, on up to 45-70) (side note, never shot a wheelie in anything bigger than 44 mag, but I want to!)

40. Just because y'all all hate it. That leaves more for me and my 3 40 cal pistols. Heck I've even shot 40 cal out of my Glock 29.

Ah, I see what you did there. I assumed he meant cartridges. But, if he is talking g about caliber, its hard to beat the .30 as there is such a spectrum of power levels. Everything from subsonic 300 blackout to the insane 300 Remington ultra mag

I never knew that you were a small game hunter. Squirrels or rabbits?

Can't tell after I shoot them.

Rifle for versatility and distance- .308 is all I've got on hand. Everything else is a light weight .22 cal.

Rifle for fun of reloading and the interest it draws at the range- .221 Fireball. Really neat little thing.

Reloadable Pistol... 9mm if I've got to carry any amount of it. .45ACP if I don't.

Rimfire Pistol... I absolutely enjoy shooting my MK IIs and MK III Lite (suppressed) more than anything else. It's just not a very versatile round for anything tougher than a coke can or tougher than a rabbit. Not to mention the problems with getting the rabbit to hold still for a second.
