Gonna be all over Atlanta tomorrow for work so I'm dusting off the G19. Still gonna have the LCR in my pocket but I don't know if I feel comfortable with just the LCR. I really need to get another small CC gun for IWB carry for situations like this. Wish I hadn't traded of my Sig 224. :classicdoh:

I have 2 USP's (45 and 40) and a P2KSK in 9mm. I thought I wanted a P30sk but see no gain over the P2KSK.

I'd love a 357sig P2KSK but ain't paying the asking price on that one.

I'm not selling any of mine anyway, but the short barrel of the P2000SK .357sig really cuts down on velocity over the USPC and P2000 .357sig, so essentially it renders it not that big of an upgrade over 9mm as in the longer barrel HK models when comparing 9mm vs .357sig.
If you compare the hottest "safe" 9mm 123gr ammo (older Fiocchi Combat, hotter than Underwood 124gr 9mm, still not SMG ammo) vs hottest .357sig ammo (Underwood 124gr) in a P2000SK there's only about a 100fps difference as opposed to the USPC and P2000 where there's about a 190fps difference between 9mm and .357sig...not sure why .4" makes such a difference, but I guess all ammo has a certain minimum barrel length requirement for optimal performance.
I agree the P2000SK .357sig is overpriced when available, but it's obviously supply and demand. Used average is $1000, new in box around $1600-$2000.
I got lucky about 5 or 6 years ago; one of my suppliers had a leftover stash of new .357sig HKs and I snatched all 17 of them...6 P2000SK, 8 P2000, and 3 USP Compacts.
I've had several P30SK models when first offered earlier this year, but I prefer the P2000SK as well since the differences in the P30SK are limited to more side and back straps and extra serrations that snag on stuff.
