Isn't it illegal to discharge a firearm from a vehicle? Also, depending on the body of water, the firearm itself may be illegal. I could be wrong though, never really looked into any of it.

Firearms are prohibited in any army corps of engineers maintained park or lake.

If you could said jet ski into an above ground pool and post that video, it would certainly be a winner.

State laws apply unless of course you cruise on out to international waters. In Florida I believe it's the same laws that apply to your vehicle. And you can open carry if you're hunting or fishing. If coast guard gets you, just tell them you were hunting AND fishing.
