Lawsuit time. She's going to be able to afford one very fine shotgun in the near future.

She won't have to put up any front money either; some firm will take the case on, and payment will be 1/3 of the winning settlement (which they definitely will win).

LOL... So the idiot behind the counter messed up. He was probably newly assigned to the sporting goods section and had no real knowledge of firearms or common sense. Good luck to him in his future career, since the store will be cutting him loose.

Retarded people need jobs too but put them on a job they can handle.

We don't know both sides of the story so how do we know what really went down. Just because wallmart didn't comment doesn't mean they are guilty of anything. Both assuming and judging people especially with zero facts is not the way I roll. Den

All Walmarts are not the same. I walked into my local Wally World Sunday afternoon and walked out with an H&R Pardner Protector within 45 minutes. I guess I must be man enough for a gun like that!

I saw a story where they talked to other people that were working there and apparently there is more to the story, up to and including the part where the manager escorted them out the front of the building.

LOL. It's usually all in good fun when it comes to commenting on things in the NEWS and there's certainly more to the story than they're saying. Of course we don't know what when down but it would hardly surprise me that this could happen per the Lady's complaint. But we shall see.

I bought one back in April in a Wal Mart, way out in the country. It's my main stay for home defense and stays readily available. I keep a revolver or pistol handy, just in case but I might need something until I break out the China Doll. She's a real keeper.

I was in a LGS today and they were trying to sell a Remington, the Clone will do.

lol, I was escorted out of WM by the manager after buying a shotgun and 5 boxes of shells. I carried the shells and the manager, the shotgun. He handed it to me on the sidewalk outside the store. Funny thing was, they were shocked that I bought 5 boxes of shells and I was under the impression the manager was packin'.

Other than the H&R I've never bought a weapon at Wal Mart. The Clerk had to call a Manager and just like you I got an escort to the front door. Silly requirement.
